Privacy Policy

Fixtorial is a small, independent car-troubleshooting guide site. Your privacy matters, so here is — in plain English — what data this website actually collects. The short version: no analytics, no advertising, and we don’t sell or share your data.

What we collect

Comments — If you leave a comment on an article, WordPress stores your name, email address, and the comment itself, along with your IP address and browser details to help prevent spam. If you tick the box, your name, email, and website may also be saved in a cookie so you don’t have to re-enter them next time.

Contact emails — If you email us at hello@fixtorial.online, we receive your message and email address so we can reply to you.

Administrator logins — WordPress sets cookies when a site administrator logs in, to keep them signed in and remember their screen preferences. This only affects site administrators, not visitors.

What we don’t do

This site does not run any analytics tools, does not show advertising, and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We never sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies needed for core WordPress features: the comment form and administrator logins. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

If you’ve left a comment, you can ask for an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fixtorial.online and we’ll take care of it. We may need to keep some data for legal, administrative, or security reasons.
